Write to standard@fusiontrace.io. A person at the Steward answers.
- To study on a flight, use Save for the flight on your Learn page: one tap saves the course, the films and a practice exam on the device, and what you finish is sent when the device reconnects. On iPhone, add the Academy to your Home Screen first and save from there. The exam and the signing stay online.
- To appeal a suspension or a revocation, write within 30 days. People who took no part in the first decision decide it (Standard D6.3).
- To report misuse of a package, a breach of the Standard, or a breach of one of the FusionTrace Canons, write to the Steward at the same address. Name the canon by its number where you can, and never send case contents (Standard B13.1).
